Yesterday we talked about two of the important functions a trusted Elder Law attorney can do for you as you age.

This is similarly true for working with an attorney who doesn’t regularly practice the ins and outs of elder law… they’re usually not up to speed on changing laws, and usually just pop your name onto a generic form that doesn’t have all the protections you’ll likely need.
